- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable.
2. Shipping Options
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all locations within the United States using reliable carriers. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
- Pickup Option: If you choose in-store pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your confirmation email when picking up your items.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and weight of the order. All shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided, but please note that delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages: SD Local Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
7. Changes to Shipping Address
Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
